MacroNutrients-What are they?

MacroNutrients

 Macronutrients are the main nutrients our bodies need in large amounts to function properly: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Each macronutrient plays a unique role in our health, and finding the right balance between them is essential for maintaining energy, supporting muscle growth, and achieving overall wellness. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel better, understanding macronutrients can help you make more informed food choices. 

How are they Calculated?

 Macronutrients are calculated based on your daily caloric needs, which depend on factors like age, gender, weight, activity level, and fitness goals. Typically, your daily calories are divided into percentages for carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, these can be adjusted based on specific dietary goals. Tracking these macronutrients helps ensure you're consuming the right balance of nutrients for your body's needs.
