Nutrition Counseling

Let start changing how you think about food!

With your nutrition coaching, you get customized health and nutrition plan for YOU and your goals. We will talk about what you are trying to achieve and how I can help you get there. I will then formulate a realistic, gradual, step-by-step plan that works for you. We will be working off an app that tracks food, exercise, sleep and steps! Recipes, grocery lists, accountability & support are all included.

Nutrition Coaching and Macro planning

A Comprehensive Assessment with Coach Terri to determine your personalized

Together, we will define your personal STATS (BMI, Body Fat, BMR, Macros etc.) and build a comprehensive eating and meal plan. Meals are designed to fit your specific MacroNutrients, your preferred ingredients and a wide variety of options to choose from for the month. We will cover food tracking in the App, and options for eating out to be there with you every step of the way.

Check-ins with Coach Terri to guide you with the process

Check-in about your progress and obstacles along the way. Nutritional program modifications as needed. Together we identify triggers and work on a plan to build a better relationship with food and making wise choices.

Recipes for every meal.

Our signature recipes are at your fingertips at all times with the ability to modify based on available ingredients and our ever changing cravings. Meal prep ideas included for our time strapped clients takes the stress out of decision making.
