Personal Training - at the gym, your home, remote or outdoors. Programs are tailored to your individual needs, schedule, and goals. Includes access to my training app with your routines for the month. Fitness packages start at $299 per month.
Nutrition Counselling- As a Certified Nutritionist, Coach Terri can guide you into a healthy, well-balance nutrition that fits in with your lifestyle. Monthly plans include Customized health and nutrition plan for YOU and your goals.We will talk about what you are trying to achieve and how I can help you get there. I will then formulate a realistic, gradual, step-by-step plan that works for you. We will be working off an app that tracks food, exercise, sleep and steps! Includes weekly check-ins, 24/7 text access to Coach Terri, Shopping lists, Recipe database aligned to you and educational folder for accountability. Monthly Nutrition plans start at $200 per month.
Meal planning, Prep & Delivery-Coach Terri will work with you to design exciting, flavorful meals to align with your goals. As a Personal Chef and Nutritionist, By calculating your BMI, iI develop a food plan specific to your goals based on the optimal balance of Protein, Carbohydrates & Fats. These Macronutrients are designed on multiple variables for each individual.
