This will be the platform for all daily information from Coach Terri as well as a collaboration with like minded individuals on the same journey. Introduce yourself, post your status of checklist completion each day, ask any questions to Coach Terri and the group. This is not an opportunity to sell any products or MLMs. This group is about our Journeys and topics that realte to Health, Nutrition, Exercise, Menopause and the like.3.Find the Checklist posted in the group as a guideline for the daily challenge-the goal is to attempt to hit them all or at least incorporate them all slowly during the duration of the challenge.


This is our first Challenge at The TLP Method and we want to know along the way any suggestions to help us make this an amazing experience and help you be successful. Many of our members have been concerned that they could not participate due to vacations- Don't worry we have more Challenges; More Robust and Interactive starting in the Fall.
