As a Culinary Trained Chef for decades, I have worked with hundreds of Clients in their homes and on their Private Yachts. More often I find the changing dietary needs of my Clients increasing, from Vegan to Keto to Paleo or just decreasing calories for weight loss; they all require one thing; tasteful, wholesome, creative meals. Nobody wants to feel deprived. 

The days of bland steamed broccoli and broiled chicken are a thing of the past when we are looking to eat better. I became a certified Nutritionist to combine my Culinary skills with personalized Nutrition Counseling. Equally, I was working on finding the best regimen for my own healthy pursuits.


I naturally gravitated to Resistance Training to fight the laws of gravity and lose the weight I had gained after Fifty. I developed a program through trial and many errors through researching endless information available, much of it—misinformation and weeded out what really worked over the hype. I managed to reach my goal which is now constantly evolving. After being approached by countless woman asking my secret, I decided to further educate myself and become a Certified Personal Trainer and developed what is now known as the TLP Method.
