We engage in 50 minutes of full body workouts for all levels.
Join our group fitness classes and enjoy a fun and challenging workout with other like-minded individuals. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and are a great way to stay motivated and accountable! Coach Terri combines High-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with brief rest periods, with strength training intervals.
